- When am I able to access the items in my storage unit?
Current tenants can use their unique gate access codes to access units between 7am and 9pm every day of the week. If you need to speak with our manager on-site, however, please visit during our regular office hours.
- How long is a contract for storage and how much does it cost to break?
At Glendale Storage, there is no long-term commitment needed at all. You can move out whenever you need without worrying about any fees required to break a contract. Month-to-month rentals make it easy and stress-free!
- I don’t know what kind of lock to buy! What should I do?
Glendale Storage Company sells locks on-site at our office during regular business hours. If you want to make sure you get the right lock, you’re welcome to purchase one here at our office instead of finding one elsewhere.
- How do I move out of my storage unit in Glendale?
Please provide a 10-day advance notice when you’ll be moving out. This lets us know you’ll be moving out so that we don’t continue to bill you beyond what you owe! Once you’re actually leaving, please remove all of your items from the property and do not leave any trash.
- Do you use pest control at your facility?
Yes! In order to keep our facility clean and as pest-free as possible, we regularly employ preventative pest control measures.
